Catatan: Persyaratan mengikuti BMT SUMMIT 2011
- Membayar iuran sebesar Rp 4.000.000,- dan memiliki Paspor bagi peserta yang berniat ikut ke Jakarta dan Kualalumpur (Malaysia), kapasitas maksimal 100 orang.
- Membayar iuran sebesar Rp 1.000.000,- bagi peserta yang hanya mengikuti kegiatan di Jakarta saja, kapasitas maksimal 50 orang.
- Dimohon nama peserta disesuaikan dengan nama Paspor.
- Pendaftaran dan pembayaran kontribusi peserta paling lambat tanggal 5 Nopember 2011
